Joe Willes is a seasoned real estate and construction professional with a strong background in fix-and-flip projects and general contracting. A Draper, Utah native, he attended BYU before launching a successful flipping and construction business, which he has grown over the past four years by focusing on quality workmanship and attention to detail—especially in high-impact areas like flooring and garages.
After managing luxury home renovations in Florida, Joe returned to Utah and now lives in Saratoga Springs with his wife and daughter. As a husband and father, he understands the value of functional, durable, and beautiful spaces—especially in family homes where the garage is more than just a place to park cars; it’s a workspace, a gym, or a storage hub.
Joe’s hands-on experience in construction has given him a deep understanding of the materials and techniques that stand the test of time. He’s seen firsthand how the right garage floor coating can boost a home’s value and longevity.
